The UVA Dual Career Program supports UVA staff recruitment

We support spouses/partners of UVA benefited staff who are seeking employment opportunities.

Spouses and Partners of Prospective and Newly Hired Staff Members

Participants are enrolled in online career services training. Additionally, participants may receive periodic updates about job opportunities and networking events of interest to area job seekers. There is no charge to participate.

Requests for DCP services associated with a retention matter must be initiated by a UVA associate dean’s office or Dean. Faculty members should consult with their department chair or associate dean to initiate a request for services.
